In the event, if Customer displeased with the services provided to you, we will refund back the money after investigate the reasons provided by the customer. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not accept cancellation after confirmed booking made by customer
  • We do accept cancellation only on unavoidable circumstances (based on Medical grounds) after investigating

Refund Policy:

  • We have created the best suitable packages for our clients.
  • In case any unavoidable circumstances; we can provide a refund with in 30 days of Cancellation received date.
  • Wedding Car Booking amount is non-refundable.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway;  payments refund will be made to the same account
